Welcome to the AMEI Interactive Faculty Development Assistant (IFDA)!

The IFDA is part of the AMEI Educator Development Framework, a framework meant for all educators in the SingHealth-DukeNUS Academic Medical Centre.

IFDA will help you identify opportunities to grow as an educator by suggesting faculty development activities.

It starts by asking you about your education responsibilities, and what educator competencies you'd like to develop.

As you reflect and answer these questions, the AMEI Educator Development Framework will guide your thinking about your educator competencies. IFDA will then curate a list of potential faculty development activities for you.
